FHL Aviation Initiative
Over the last 10 years, the Federal Aviation Administration has hired
thousands of air traffic controllers and is projected to employ thousands more over the next decade to keep pace with the expected attrition rate and demand for air traffic operations and services throughout the United States airways.
FHL is postured to partner with organizations to provide an unprecedented
air traffic curriculum that will guide interested students into this
highly-demanding and rewarding career field!
Shown above are the first two students of the FHL Aviaiton Leadership Program featured at Ridge View High School. One of the students went on to become an air traffic controller in the U.S. Air Force, while the other enlisted into U.S. Army. Both students have been successful in their chosen career paths and attribute, in part, their successful journey to the FHL program.
