Dr. Jones-Holmes holds an Ed.D. in Educational Administration from Northcentral University. She has served as Chair of the Richland County School District Two School Board and on multiple community and education-focused boards. She is the founder and CEO of The Wisdom Tree LLC and brings decades of experience supporting youth development and future leaders.

During her NASA career, Dr. Canright served as a global advocate for STEM education, addressed the United Nations on space education, and supported nonprofits across 29 states. She is a recipient of NASA’s Exceptional Service Medal and the national Space Educator Award. Since relocating to Columbia, she has continued serving through local nonprofit and education leadership roles.

Dr. Griffin’s career includes service as a Level 5 School Principal, superintendent of two school districts, and recipient of the Closing the Achievement Gap Award. Her governance work has included education and community boards, and her background in curriculum development and quality assurance supports FHL’s strategic vision.

Richardson most recently served as Command Chief Master Sergeant for the Continental U.S. NORAD Region, advising on the welfare and development of more than 10,000 Airmen. His background also includes executive studies at Harvard Kennedy School and National Defense University. Today, through L.E.A.D. Solutions, he helps organizations build cultures rooted in accountability and trust.

An original founding executive board member and former CFO of FHL, Jamie provides institutional history and fiscal oversight experience. His community work includes extensive prison ministry, youth mentorship, leadership development, and life-development initiatives across South Carolina and Georgia.

A 20-year active-duty veteran and civilian leader, Mrs. Stovall currently leads training-development work at Keesler Air Force Base supporting programs for thousands of students annually. Her career has included Security Forces, Meteorology, curriculum development, and personnel development.

Her career includes recognition as District Teacher of the Year and Who’s Who Among American Teachers. With a background in Early Childhood Education, STEM, and Gifted instruction, she brings deep classroom experience, community service, and a commitment to educational equity.

Rev. Haywood serves as Senior Pastor of Big Bethel AME Church and has spent more than two decades focused on leadership, mentorship, and youth empowerment. His background also includes global supply-chain leadership, theology education, motivational speaking, and ongoing doctoral study in Organizational Leadership.
