From the Founder

Leadership should create opportunity for someone else.

Anthony M. Stovall founded FHL with a commitment to education, leadership, and community service. His background in military service, mentorship, professional leadership, and community engagement helped shape an organization built around preparing people to move forward.

“It is an honor to serve our community, promote education, leadership, and community service. I look forward to you joining forces with us in this important endeavor. Expect It!”

The founder’s story is part of FHL, but the mission remains larger than any one person. The goal is to build opportunities, partnerships, and programs that continue serving others.

The Story Behind the Work

Purpose can be forged under pressure.

Fireproof: How Pain, Opposition, and Perseverance Shaped My Purpose is the forthcoming book from FHL Founder and President Anthony M. Stovall.

The themes of perseverance, purpose, and leadership connect naturally with FHL’s broader mission: helping people recognize possibility, prepare for opportunity, and keep moving forward when the path is difficult.

This section can later include publication details, a purchase link, or additional information once the book is officially available.

Expect It!

The next opportunity starts with people willing to help create it.

Students, volunteers, partners, donors, and community supporters all have a place in the mission.
